Here’s a little bit about each of the airports to help you determine which will work best for your travel needs.
Airports in The Washington DC Region:
Airport #1: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)
DCA is home to an “elevated Metrorail station connected to the concourse levels of Terminals B and C” that “provides easy and affordable access to locations throughout Washington, Virginia, and Maryland” through the blue and yellow lines. 2. Airport #2: Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Transportation from IAD to Washington, D.C. is currently not on a Metro line, but the Silver Line will service it when the expansion project is complete in 2020. Alternative methods of transportation are listed in the table below.

Airport #3: Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI)
Travelers from BWI into Washington, D.C. can take the MARC or Amtrak trains to Union Station. Taxis and rideshare rides are also available, see the table below for more details.
