Cut Seven is not for the faint of heart. The trainers at Cut Seven lead classes as a team, training different muscle groups to complete failure each day in order to achieve optimal recovery.
Their HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class philosophy is “we go in as a team, we come out as a team”.
